We don’t collect, track, or sell your data

This Privacy Policy explains how Juga Pulse (“the App”, “we”, “us”) handles information in connection with your use of the App on iOS. We built Juga Pulse as an offline game, and protecting your privacy is part of that design: the App does not require an account, does not connect to our servers, and does not include third‑party advertising or analytics.

The App does not request, collect, or store personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, or payment details. We do not maintain user accounts and we do not operate backend servers that receive your data.

To make the game work, the App saves certain data only on your device (using standard iOS storage such as UserDefaults). This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us. It includes:

4. Device Sensors and Permissions

Gameplay may use your device’s motion sensors (accelerometer/gyroscope via Core Motion) to control aiming and shots, and may use haptic feedback and audio output. This sensor data is processed in real time on your device solely to run the game and is never recorded, stored, or transmitted. The App does not access your camera, microphone, location, contacts, or photo library.

The App does not integrate third‑party advertising networks, analytics providers, or social login services. The only third party involved is Apple, which distributes the App through the App Store. Your interactions with the App Store (such as downloads or updates) are governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy.

The App does not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. Because no data is collected or transmitted, the App is safe to use by players of all ages. If you believe a child has somehow provided us with personal information, please contact us — although, by design, we have no way to receive or store such information.

Since your information stays on your device, its security is protected by your device’s own safeguards, including the iOS operating system and any device passcode or biometric protection you have enabled. We recommend keeping your device and iOS up to date.

8. Your Rights

Because we do not collect or hold any of your personal data, there is nothing for us to access, correct, export, or delete on our side. You remain in full control: removing the App from your device erases all locally stored game data.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example to reflect changes in the App or in legal requirements. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Significant changes may also be noted within the App or its App Store listing. Your continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
